All our products are inspected at source by companies specialized in production and quality, such as Bureau Veritas, Intertek, SGS.

Once our client confirms the approval of the sample and before starting production, that sample is sent to the inspector with detailed instructions to ensure that the article and the production itself strictly comply with the required quality.

The criteria normally applied in quality inspection is the ANSI / ASQ Z 1.4 Standard (better known as MIL-STD-105) - AQL - Significant defects: 2.5, AQL - Secondary defects 4.0.

If required by the product or the customer, specific quality plans can be developed, which could include:

• Feasibility Control: Checks all the materials used in manufacturing and verifies that the product complies with specific parameters such as resistance to thermal variations, serious metal migrations, drop controls or others.

• Production Control: Check that the final product corresponds 100% with the product approved in the viability test.

• Before proceeding with the delivery of the items to our client, we carry out an inspection prior to their shipment, so that they arrive at your warehouse in perfect condition.
