Nowadays, many of our customers request us to produce their promotional gifts in factories  that comply with established social parameters.  We're specialized in working with factories with certifications such as SA8000, ICTI or WRAP.  Added to that we also work with factories that have been audited by  BSCI (Business social  compliance initiative from the Foreign Trade Association) or SedEx (Supplier Ethical Data  Exchange).  Sometimes, customer requests the factories to comply with their own Ethical code of conduct.  In this case, we look for the proper factories, and after our own audit of the factory, we advise  them about the implements they must arrange to comply with that ethical code. Once we  check that the implementation has been carried out we confirm to or customer that the factory  is ready for their own inspection.
