All our productions are inspected in origin by companies specialized in productions and  quality controls such as Bureau Veritas, Intertek, SGS, … Once customer has confirmed the approval sample and before starting mass production,  that sample is sent to the inspector with full instructions, in order to ensure that the raw  materials as well as the production itself comply strictly with the requested quality. The standard we apply on quality inspection it's usually Standard ANSI/ASQ Z 1.4 (formerly  known as MIL-STD-105) -  AQL  - Major defectives: 2.5, AQL - Minor defectives 4.0)  If the product or customer requires it, specific quality plans are developed. They could  include: Viability test: It checks all the materials used in the manufacturing and verifies that the  product complies with specific parameters such as thermal variation resistance, heavy  metals migration, dropping test or others.  Production test: It checks that the finished product 100% correspond with the approved  product in viability test. Before delivering the goods to our customer, we arrange a pre-shipment inspection in order  to deliver the goods to our customer warehouse in perfect conditions.
